We hired the services of
Fred to show
us where and how
Carioca dogs meet their friends. He invited us to
join him on a walk along the beach
sidewalk in Ipanema. Later we will check
out what is going on at
Diabo Beach, in
Arpoador. Lots
of four-legged action in the area!
Fred's
favorite day at the beach is Sunday, when
the beach lane is closed for pedestrians.
All the dogs in the hood can be
seen, and there's always the chance of a
good sniffing while humans stop to chat
and socialize. Fred insisted we bring up
the scooping subject. He likes to see his beach and the sidewalks of Ipanema
clean.
