Simpatia é Quase Amor was one of the major highlights of pre-Carnival festivities. The parade on January 26 started with the concentration at 4 p.m., and ended only when the Band reached the border of Leblon.
The concentration of young and beautiful boys and girls was high, and the new theme was catchy and easy to sing along. A bit ahead of the band some tall Olinda-style puppets greeted the crowd. The idea of the toys was to portray DJ's from a local radio station, but the results... well, see for yourself.
Despite the cloudy weather the temperature was hot at Simpatia. We are happy to share with you some of the images!
