Banda de Ipanema´s second parade happened on Saturday, February 2. Everybody showed up and then some. This time the weather was cloudy but there was no pouring rain like on the first parade. In addition to well-known characters there were many groups of people wearing coordinated costumes.
One of the most fun was the mosquitoes, that went buzzing around and "biting" everyone from children to police officers.
For the first time as far as we can recall, there were chemical toilets installed around Praca General Osorio. Our kudos to the initiative! Now let´s cut to the chase and take a look at the photos!
